I'm a veteran with over 15 years of strength and conditioning experience, and a couple of 100 milers of my own, I know what it takes to move well, stay injury-free, and feel strong deep into the run. I’ve coached runners of all levels, helping them build the foundation that keeps them training consistently and enjoying the trails.
