With over 15 years in the industry, I’ve supported people through:

    •    Rehabilitation and conditioning – Helping clients of all ages and abilities move with more confidence and less pain

    •    Adventure preparation – From Everest Base Camp to ultra-marathons and Ironman events

    •    Performance training – For anyone looking to move better, build strength, and lift their athletic game

I’ve spent years working alongside physios, doctors, and other health professionals—which means I bring a whole-picture view to your training. We’ll work together to build not just strength, but resilience, function, and the kind of energy that carries into your everyday life.

 

How we train

 

You can train with me in person at my space in Clovelly (Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs), or online with video training sessions from where ever you are in the world - the kind of training that doesn't need to stop when life gets busy. 

 

Pricing

    •    30-minute session – $80

    •    60-minute session – $160
