DVLPME approaches health in a step by step process, where the little changes can make a big difference very quickly!

Strength is such a cornerstone for a lot of discomfort that the women we work with face and that's why the training has a key strength focus to help you build resiliance in your body as we help you be better. 

Welcome to DVLPme; get ready to achieve the unexpected, be proud of what your body can do and live life to it's fullest!

A program designed specifically with your goals and your ability in mind, all with guidance and coaching via our app.

$45 per week

Strength & Conditioning training Face to face in the Studio in Clovelly, NSW, or access from anywhere in the world, with video training. 

$80 per 30mins

Motivation and dedication are crucial in reaching your goals and we know things can sometimes come a bit unstuck.  Via phone or face to face. 

$160 per 1 hr

Your Trainer Mark

Mark has extensive experience with rehabilitation, conditioning and performance for all ages and abilities, from adventurers and elite athletes, to those wishing to improve their overall health and wellbeing. He has previously worked within a multi-disciplinary team consisting of a variety of allied health professionals, which has given him a holistic view of health, and unique experience in training with a disability and pre/post-partum health and fitness

Mark is completely across integrations and enjoys working closely with other professionals to help you improve. He targets the fundamentals ensuring a strong base to build upon. Mark is a specialist in lower back pain and has a long history spanning over a decade, assisting people overcome injuries and challenges such as knee pain, ACL's, shoulder and back pain; as well as compromised core and pelvic floor stability. In his coaching he garners resilience and robustness within his clients to overcome the barriers they face.

Originally from Wales, Marks been living in Australia since 2012, and he has a love of sports, the outdoors and adventures. Trail running is a current passion, with his strength training working around this. Mark lives by the mantra of "Be Better" and believes that with the right tools and attitude we can achieve so much more.

Pregnancy, Pre & Post natal

Gaining or maintaining your strength pre-natal, throughout pregnancy and post natal is important for making sure you enjoy this time in your life as much as possible. 

Those who train throughout pregnancy working at their level and at their strength have had amazing results with how they feel post-partum and during delivery. 

Being pregnant doesn't mean you need to stop, training will be modified to assist your changing body and growing baby. Starting training is even possible while pregnant and will help stabilise your body and build strength to minimise the pain you experience.

Womens Health

Mark's highly experienced in training women and can help in a number of ways to ensure you improve your strength, posture and how your body feels. A few specific issues Marks helps with currently: 

- Cycle syncing training around your period, to gain the most from your body when your hormones make you physically strongest

- Endometriosis & PCOS and managing the pain associated with this around your training

- Over-active or under-active muscles, which are causing imbalances and pain in your body

- incontinence and training with this

- Breast Cancer, Cervical Cancer; maintaining fitness while undergoing surgery and chemo, this is a real journey and Mark can guide you through this

- Mental Health; Marks style of training has a big focus on coaching and behaviour change so will help and refer as needed
